Captain Ogden Rafferty (1860-1922), Medical Corps, U. S. Army; A. B., Princeton, 1882; M. D., Columbia University, 1885; army surgeon, 1888; captain, 1893; major, 1901; lieutenant-colonel (retired), 1910.
