Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the lake to be created by the Buchanan Dam on the Chowehilla River, California, authorized by section 203 of the Flood Control Act of 1962, shall be known and designated as the "H. V. Eastman Lake". Any law, regulation, document, or record of the United States in which such lake is designated or referred to shall be held to refer to such lake as the
