  • Miami Creek: Heads 1.4 km (0.9 mi) southwest of Hogan Mountain, flows south-southwest to the Fresno River 11.5 km (7.2 mi) west of the northwest end of Bass Lake. Name, from the GNIS naming form...the name MIAMI is used for several features in this area and was started by an early day Florida lawyer who came to build a sawmill and named it after the city of his home state...   • March 27, 2015-Sherri, Gary, Steven and Rachel did a day trip up to Miami Lookout, which was closed for the season
  • January 23, 2018 - Rose, Sherri and Gary did a day trip up Miami Mountain 
  • March 16, 2019 - Meetup hike to the top of Miami Mountain. 
  • February 16, 2022 - Rose, Betty and Gary did a day trip to the lookout. 
  • November 24, 2022 - Steven, Korra, Sherri and Gary did a short afternoon hike on the Miami Mountain Trail/Road..
