      •  Oregon River-Carey, Mathew in   Carey's General Atlas, Improved and Enlarged; Being a Collection of Maps of the World and Quarters, Their Principal Empires, Kingdoms, December 31, 1914
      • River of the West-Carver, Jonathan in A New Map of North America from the Latest Discoveries, December 31, 1778.  The cartouche on this map states that the map was especially engraved for Carver's book, 'Travels Through the Interior Parts of North America.' The actual cartographer is unknown.
