Description:
Just abut 3/4 of a mile away from big Stump, it features some of the features at Big Stump, large stump s of Sequoia's. The meadow is on Forest Service land, but the easiest way is from Big Stump. At the for end of the meadow is a dirt road, where I saw some tire tracks. The road would lead you to the Ella Falls trail.

- October 19, 2021 - Gary took a short hike around the Big Stump and Hitchcock Meadow area.
- September 24, 2022 - Dark Sky Event and Hiked to Hitchcock Meadows
- November 26, 2022 - Carol, Emily, Sherri and Gary take a day hike to Hitchcock and beyond.
- September 2, 2024 - After spending the weekend at Park Ridge Lookout, Gary and Sherri do a short hike to Hitchcock Meadow
