Description:
Formally called the John F Kennedy Center for Performing Arts. There are six theaters, oriented towards different types of performance. It even has streaming of some of the performances.
Literally on top of that, the top of the building offers a good view of the Potomac and much of the western and southern part of DC.
The Hall of States has flags of all of the states and territories at the time of the building of the Center. While the International Hall has flags from each of the countries who contributed to the building of the center.
The bust of Kennedy is the same sculptor who created the statue of Einstein we saw at the beginning of the stay in DC.
