Description:
Easy to miss, even though it is in plain sight-we walked by this place a couple of times and did not think of it. But when we were looking for a place to eat lunch, this provided a peaceful place to eat and rest, even when three busy streets surrounded this fountain.
It is also a place to contemplate that those with money, such as Mellon thought it was their due to give back for the public good.
